I rang Pacific Smoke Alarms for some quotes for my house and my mums house for both our smoke alarms to be serviced. I rang several companies but found Pacific Smoke Alarms were the best for efficiency and price and a very easy phone system for help when you first ring them for a quote. The serviceman was on time and very friendly as were all the staff members. I highly recommend this company and it was nice to speak to an Australian company that have NOT sauced overseas for contact.

I have dealt with Chris from Pacific Smoke Alarms since October 2013. He is always helpful, friendly and comes in with a smile. When we transferred from another Australia-wide smoke alarm agency nothing was a hassle and he went out of his way to make our job as Property Managers easier.

Our biggest problem with large smoke alarm companies was never being able to talk to the same person/contact and it was very refreshing being able to contact Chris directly and know that he can answer any of your questions.
